If your business receives regular deliveries, it’s important to be aware that commercial vehicles 1.25 tons or greater are subject to a four-hour limit for on-street parking.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
The City’s municipal lots and garages have designated handicap parking spots. There are also handicap on-street parking spots. To use these spots, you must display a handicap placard and/or license plate. Individuals with handicap parking permits are still required to pay for parking. Drivers who park in handicap spots without a proper permit will be subject to a $200 fine.

Any predicted snow accumulation that requires plowing is considered a snowstorm. Parking is prohibited in the following Park Norwalk facilities between 2 AM and 6 AM during any snowstorms:
- Haviland Lot-Upper Level Only
- Webster Lot
- North Water Lot
- East Norwalk Railroad
- South Norwalk Railroad (All Open Lots) & Roof

Violators will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense. Please check weather reports and make arrangements in advance to park or store your car in one of Park Norwalk’s garages or elsewhere. This is necessary for us to clear the parking facilities and adjacent sidewalks adequately.
